In the summer of 2000 we were asked to run a pilot lead generation
campaign for an IT company that sold high value software solutions
to the corporate marketplace. Our brief was to target senior
finance decision-makers and to ascertain whether there was
a business case for our client's solutions. This involved
gathering a significant amount of information about each prospect
and understanding whether a potential ROI existed. If the
figures added up, we agreed a follow-up call and passed the
qualified lead to our client. Over three years later, we are
still providing telemarketing services for our client having
generated leads that translated into millions of pounds worth
of business. |
Recruitment Company -
Outbound List Validation x 60,000 - Dedicated Call Centre
- Relationship for 6 weeks
A well-known recruitment company appointed us for a one-off
campaign to clean their database of candidates prior to launching
their new web site. We had just six weeks to call and validate
60,000 contacts, some of which were over eight years old.
Within two weeks we had set up a dedicated and fully automated
85-seat call centre to deliver the fully validated list within
the timeframe given. The project was completed on-time and
within budget.
